NOTE: ANHC's Patient Portal transition is delayed until further notice
As part of our ongoing committment to your health, the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center is planning to introduce a new online patient portal. Some unexpected challenges have come up, which means we will need to delay our launch
from the originally planned launch in mid-December.
While we finalize our new transition timeline, you will still have access to our current patient portal, operated by Kryptiq. Don't worry, we will let you know as soon as the new updated transition date is set, and will give you
plenty of time to prepare for our current portal to go away.
Note: When we implement the new portal, we will have to close and remove the current patient portal. When this portal closes, you will permanently lose access to any emails between you and your provider in your
current portal inbox, so be sure to print any emails you would like to save.
